Calendar

The Calendar section allows parents to view key information within a calendar for any day of the year.

Parents can add events to the calendar which are then approved by the setting before being added to the system and available for others to view the event.

Available on a PC / Laptop / Mac Web Browser.

Key Areas of the Calendar section for Parents

Calendar Events are displayed with Calendar Labels for easy indentification.
Parents can add events to the calendar that require approval before going live.

Apple iPhone and Android App

After clicking on the calendar icon on the home screen you will be taken to the current month of the year within the calendar section (1), a green circle on a day indicates that a calendar event has been recorded for that day, click on the day to view information relating to the event.

Clicking on the View Pending Calendar Events button will take you to a new page to view all the events you have added to the calendar but are still pending approval (2), on this page you can click on the Add a New event button to add a new calendar event to the system, on the Add a Calendar Event page (3), complete the details in full them submit the event, the event will remain in the pending calendar events section until approved (4), once approved it will display within the calendar (5).

Web PC / Desktop & tablet app (iOS / Android)

The Calendar section can be accessed by placing your mouse over the Calendar icon at the top of the page and from the drop down list that appears clicking on either Select Month to view this month's calendar or Pending Events to view the events you have added to the calendar but are awaiting approval.
